Center Operational Hours

6:30am - 6:00pm

Responsibilities
  1. Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
  2. Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
  3. Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines
  4. Provide support in any classroom or age group where teaching coverage is needed across a center or in nearby locations
Qualifications
  • Candidates must pass required background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements
  • 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required
  • 1 year of professional experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred
  • CDA, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree in early education or related field is preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) for children is required

Physical Requirements

This position requires compliance with all applicable health and safety requirements, including immunizations and physical/health screenings. You will work in person at our early education center, providing supervision, care, curriculum delivery, and services in accordance with policies, procedures, and legal regulations to ensure children's safety.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $14.40 to $19.55. Actual offers depend on experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors.
