Job summary

The Learning Experience in Ramsey, NJ is seeking a caring Toddler Teacher to support children in the early learning classroom. You will lead daily routines, create engaging activities, and foster language, social-emotional, and cognitive development in a warm, supportive setting.

This full-time role offers Monday–Friday schedules, a competitive pay rate of $17 per hour, and opportunities for professional development and advancement within a cooperative leadership team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills are required.
• Passion for working with toddlers and supporting development.
• Experience in childcare is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

The Learning Experience – Ramsey is looking for a caring and energetic Toddler Teacher to support children during one of the most exciting stages of early development. Help young learners build confidence, communication skills, and independence through engaging daily activities, meaningful relationships, and hands‑on learning experiences.
