Old Colony YMCA is hiring a Childcare Teacher for the Easton Branch in Massachusetts. The role focuses on safe, engaging learning environments for children, with plans for activities reflecting each child’s interests and needs.

The position is full-time (35–40 hours weekly) with shifts roughly 6:45 AM–5:30 PM, offering benefits and opportunities to grow professionally. Applicants should be at least 21 or have a HS diploma, plus EEC certification and CPR/First Aid readiness.

Qualificações

What You’ll Do

As a Childcare Teacher, you’ll help create a classroom where children feel safe, supported, engaged, and excited to learn .

You’ll:

• Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, creativity, movement, and exploration.

Schedule

Full-Time | Min. 35 hours per week | Monday–Friday

Shifts range between 6:45 AM and 5:30 PM .

What We’re Looking For

You’ll need:

• To be at least 21 years old , OR have a high school diploma/equivalent and meet EEC education and experience requirements for a Teacher.
• EEC Teacher Certification
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications- willing to train
• Evidence of a physical examination within the last 12 months.
• A genuine passion for working with children and helping them learn, grow, and have fun!

Requirements

Full time positions are hourly 35- 40 hours weekly M-F shifts range between 6:45 am and 5:30 pm.

The estimated pay range for this job. Disclosing pay information promotes competitive and equitable pay.
