Old Colony YMCA is seeking a Childcare Teacher Assistant for its EASTON location. The role supports planning and implementing daily activities, ensuring child safety, and promoting enrichment, physical challenges, and learning experiences in a caring, fun environment.

This full-time position features M-F shifts between early morning and evening hours. The ideal candidate is 18+, with EEC Teacher certification, CPR/AED and First Aid, and a readiness to lift up to 50 lbs.

We are seeking to employ a Childcare Teacher Assistant in our EASTON location.

Full Time positions are hourly M-F shifts ranging between 6:45 am and 6:00 pm.

Job Summary

The Child Care Teacher will help plan and implement a program of activities, which will ensure each child’s personal safety while providing enrichment, physical challenges and learning experiences. The child care Teacher will uphold the employee code of conduct and will ensure that all areas of the job responsibilities reflect the mission of the Old Colony Y, and the regulating agency.
