Job summary

Old Colony YMCA in Easton, MA seeks a dedicated Childcare Teacher Assistant to join our Full-Time team. The role supports planning and implementing activities, ensuring children's safety, and fostering growth in a lively, educational environment.

You'll monitor daily routines, assist with enrichment and learning experiences, and uphold our mission and conduct standards. EEC Teacher certification and CPR/First Aid credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Evidence of physical examination within last 12 months.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

We are seeking to employ a Childcare Teacher Assistant in our EASTON location.

Full Time positions are hourly M-F shifts ranging between 6:45 am and 6:00 pm.

Job Summary

The Child Care Teacher will help plan and implement a program of activities, which will ensure each child’s personal safety while providing enrichment, physical challenges and learning experiences. The child care Teacher will uphold the employee code of conduct and will ensure that all areas of the job responsibilities reflect the mission of the Old Colony Y, and the regulating agency.
