Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Resource Coordinator to manage a caseload of registered and legally exempt child care providers in Dutchess and Putnam Counties. You will help with registrations, renewals, and inspections while ensuring OCFS compliance.

The role requires strong communication, travel ability within the region, and experience in regulated child care. A full-time schedule is expected, with office locations in Poughkeepsie and surrounding areas.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting providers in regulated child care settings.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of NYS OCFS regulations a plus.
• Ability to manage a caseload and meet regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain caseload of child care providers in Dutchess and Putnam Counties.
• Provide regulatory guidance, referrals, and support to providers.
• Assist with registration and enrollment processes.
• Support midpoint requirements and renewals using CCFS and FAMS.
• Conduct provider inspections and respond to complaints as required.
