Responsibilities

• Serve as a community representative and engage with community members at events, fairs, and outreach activities.

• Conduct targeted outreach to increase access to child care and expand the provider workforce.
• Identify areas with child care shortages and implement recruitment strategies.
• Promote provider opportunities through presentations, info sessions, and social media.
• Coordinate with internal staff to provide accurate information and referrals.
• Maintain a resource caseload of providers during their first year.
• Collaborate with the Early Childhood Business Specialist on priorities and referrals.
