Responsibilities

• Maintain an assigned caseload of all modalities of child care providers in Dutchess and Putnam Counties.
• Provide ongoing support regulatory guidance, technical assistance, resource sharing, referrals, and relationship-building to strengthen program quality and compliance with NYS OCFS regulations.
• Conduct inspections of registered and legally exempt providers in accordance with OCFS contract requirements.
• Investigate complaints related to registered, legally exempt, and illegal child care providers as required by OCFS contracts.
• Maintain accurate provider files to support quarterly registration audits.
