Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00 Hourly

Travel Percentage: Up to 50%

Description

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 am to 4 pm

Wage: $18 - $21 hourly

Position Summary: This position conducts in-home or in-center visits for childcare providers and centers, processes monthly claims, attends licensing meetings as needed, and assists with office duties as directed by the Director.

Responsibilities:

• Travel within Washington to enroll and train new providers, conduct 30-day training visits, monitoring, and technical assistance as needed.
• Maintain communication with prospective providers and centers via phone and written correspondence.
• Monitor provider homes and childcare centers as requested, assessing meal quality, sanitation, attendance records, and providing necessary assistance and follow-up.
• Complete and submit monitoring reports to the Program Manager.
• Assist with claim processing and participate in regular supervision per agency policy.
• Perform additional office duties as assigned by the Program Director.
• Travel may account for up to 50% of the job.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Physical Requirements:

Standing, walking, bending, lifting, talking, hearing, and adequate vision are required up to 80% of the time.

Non-Physical Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred. Child Care experience is necessary. Basic computer literacy, ability to work independently and in a team, and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are required.

Licensure:

Valid Washington driver’s license, liability insurance, and insurability as per Catholic Charities’ insurance provider are required. Employment is contingent upon background check and fingerprinting clearance.

Wage Range:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.
