A leading organization is seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time role involving in-home visits for childcare providers. The position requires travel within Washington, monitoring childcare quality, and assisting with claims processing. Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma, childcare experience, and bilingual skills. Benefits include health insurance, paid leave, and retirement plans.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 am to 4 pm
Wage: $18 - $21 hourly
Position Summary: This position conducts in-home or in-center visits for childcare providers and centers, processes monthly claims, attends licensing meetings as needed, and assists with office duties as directed by the Director.
Responsibilities:
The following are normally required for this role. Applicants who do not meet all requirements but can perform essential functions with reasonable accommodations are eligible.
Standing, walking, bending, lifting, talking, hearing, and adequate vision are required up to 80% of the time.
High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred. Child Care experience is necessary. Basic computer literacy, ability to work independently and in a team, and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are required.
Valid Washington driver’s license, liability insurance, and insurability as per Catholic Charities’ insurance provider are required. Employment is contingent upon background check and fingerprinting clearance.
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.
