About the jobWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contingent Workforce Program Specialist to support our global contingent workforce program. In this role, you will manage and streamline end-to-end processes related to onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle management for non-employees, referred to as Twilio’s contingent workforce. You’ll act as a primary point of contact for global inquiries and collaborate closely with multiple teams, including but not limited to HR, Procurement, IT, and third-party vendors to drive process and adoption.
