About the job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contingent Workforce Program Specialist to support our global contingent workforce program. In this role, you will manage and streamline end-to-end processes related to onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle management for non-employees, referred to as Twilio’s contingent workforce. You’ll act as a primary point of contact for global inquiries and collaborate closely with multiple teams, including but not limited to HR, Procurement, IT, and third-party vendors to drive process and adoption.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Utilize Beeline vendor management system (VMS), Workday, and ServiceNow to perform transactions and deliver operational support to employees and internal stakeholders
  • Own and manage the full lifecycle process for onboarding and offboarding contingent workforce resources
  • Ensure data integrity within Beeline vendor management system (VMS) and Workday by conducting regular audits and maintaining accurate workforce records
  • Document, update, and communicate core contingent workforce processes to users and cross-functional partners
  • Be a subject matter expert on contingent workforce policies and processes, providing guidance to managers and external partners
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and company policies
  • Deliver training and ongoing support to cross-functional team members on system usage and program procedures
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives in support of the contingent workforce program

*Required:
  • 4+ years of HR experience, with a proven track record of providing direct support to customers or employees
  • Proficiency working with HR or ticketing systems (e.g., Beeline VMS, Workday, ServiceNow)
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading projects
  • Strong skills in prioritization, organization, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a desire for continual process improvement
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities
Desired:
  • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and Vendor Management Systems
  • Experience working with external vendors
  • Knowledge of employment classifications and risks
Location

This role will be Remote and based in Colombia

Travel
