Keene Family YMCA is seeking a dedicated individual to support the community through youth development and wellness initiatives. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships and delivering quality experiences to children and parents based on YMCA's core values of honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess certifications in CPR and First Aid within 30 days of hire. Experience in a developmental setting preferred. Join us in creating a safe and engaging environment for children.

Formación

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children in a developmental setting preferred.
• Certification in CPR, First Aid, AED, and Child Abuse prevention training required within 30 days.

Responsabilidades

• Build personal relationships with YMCA members and attendees.
• Implement curriculum within established guidelines.
• Maintain stability in the classroom.
• Supervise children and activities consistently.
• Make systematic observations and evaluations.
• Attend family nights and staff training.
