Job summary

VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa is looking for a childcare counselor to supervise and engage children from infants to school age in our member-focused childcare program. Responsibilities include leading programmed activities, ensuring safety, and providing a welcoming environment in a fast-paced club setting.

The ideal candidate will hold a High School Diploma, be at least 18, and obtain adult and pediatric First Aid/CPR certification within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Must obtain adult and pediatric First Aid/CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Experience supervising children in group settings preferred.
• Ability to lift and assist children; capable of moving with groups in indoor/outdoor activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children of Villa Sport members in temporary childcare.
• Provide programmed activities and safe supervision.
• Offer engaging, age-appropriate activities and monitor safety at all times.
