Genesis Health Clubs is seeking an energetic Kids’ Club Attendant to supervise children while guardians enjoy the gym. You will create a fun, safe environment and coordinate engaging activities for kids to ensure a positive experience for families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of child care experience.
• CPR/First Aid and AED certification.
• Patience with children and customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests.
• Create a fun and safe environment for kids.
• Supervise, facilitate, and engage in entertaining activities with kids.
• Provide a high-level of customer service to all members and effectively resolve issues.
• Handle assigned administrative activities.
• Ensure gym systems and processes are followed and safety maintained.

• Supervise, facilitate, and engage in entertaining activities with kids
• Provide a high-level of customer service to all members and effectively resolve issues

• Ensure gym systems and processes are followed
• Enforce facility rules and regulations, ensuring faciling is clean and safe

Qualifications
