Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team in implementing high-quality, developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with our philosophy and anti-bias education.
  2. Use educational quality tools to assess and improve program implementation as a curriculum expert.
  3. Partner and communicate effectively with families, mentor new teachers, and serve as a role model for the team.
Qualifications:

Candidates must pass background checks and meet education and experience requirements:

  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
  • 5 years of teaching experience in a group childcare setting, willing to obtain CDA.
  • OR a BA/AA in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or human services.
  • OR a CDA with one year of experience in group childcare.
  • A bachelor's degree with 30 credit hours in relevant fields and 1 year of experience, OR an associate's degree with 2-3 years of experience.
  • Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and Flu.
  • Minimum of three years of professional teaching experience in quality child care settings (preferred experience in NAEYC-accredited centers).

Physical Requirements:

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly rate: $19.45 - $23.75, based on experience and other factors.
