Role Overview

We’re looking for a licensed acupuncturist or advanced TCM practitioner to become the face and voice of education at Cosmo. This is a unique opportunity to bridge your clinical knowledge with creativity, helping bring Traditional Chinese Medicine into modern wellness culture.

As our Lead TCM Content Educator & Brand Voice Strategist, you’ll guide Cosmo’s educational content across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond, while also playing a pivotal role in the development of future products that go beyond external relief and into internal balance and systemic healing.

Our current tools—like NovaCup and LunaStone—focus primarily on physical anatomy (fascia, muscle tension, circulation), but they also hold deep internal benefits according to TCM principles. You’ll help us illuminate both sides, and more importantly, help conceive the next generation of Cosmo products that dive deeper into internal medicine, energetic flow, and biological systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the on-camera TCM expert for Cosmo’s TikTok and Instagram, educating in an approachable, real-world way.
  • Create engaging, short-form videos that connect Cosmo’s products to both structural and internal benefits—through the lens of qi, circulation, lymph, meridians, and organ systems.
  • Film in natural settings (cafes, parks, homes) to bring Cosmo’s real-life ethos to life.
  • Participate in product demos, testimonials, or casual street interviews as needed.

Brand Voice & Strategy

  • Help shape Cosmo’s brand voice, infusing our messaging with rooted, science-respectful, and tradition-informed education.
  • Translate complex TCM and somatic ideas into accessible, digestible storytelling.
  • Lead the development of educational frameworks (video series, blog posts, product guides, etc.).

Product Research & Development

  • Collaborate on the ideation, development, and launch of future products that support internal systems, not just external relief.
  • Advise on ingredients, mechanisms, and treatment principles to ensure every Cosmo product is grounded in wisdom and physiology.
  • Help bridge the gap between TCM concepts and consumer understanding for future launches.

Who You Are

  • Licensed acupuncturist (L.Ac) or senior-level TCM practitioner with a strong clinical foundation. Expertise in physical anatomy, fascia, and body structure, paired with a genuine curiosity for internal medicine and systemic biology. Passionate about educating others on how physical and internal systems are interconnected—from muscles and qi to digestion, respiration, and circulation. A strong communicator, both on camera and in writing, with the ability to make ancient concepts feel modern and meaningful. Familiar with or interested in growing on TikTok and Instagram as educational platforms. Comfortable filming independently, engaging with the public, and experimenting with content formats.

As Cosmo scales, this role has the opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership position encompassing brand voice direction, educational campaigns, and deep involvement in product strategy, research, and launch. Future compensation may include performance bonuses, equity, or creative leadership expansion.
