Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and two years of related experience, or equivalent.
• Experience supervising staff and processing enrollment workflows.
• Ability to respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in the Voucher Enrollment Unit.
• Provide coverage as necessary.
• Quality assure and approve enrollment processing of enrollment specialists.
• Receive, research, and respond to high priority issues from internal and external stakeholders.
• Produce statistical reports concerning the activities in the unit.
• Enroll update and maintain families, providers and programs with TANF and low income vouchers.
