We are seeking Child Care & Development Float Teacher to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a program built from the ground up and shaped by best practices in early education. This position supports early childhood education by creating a safe, nurturing classroom environment, implementing developmentally appropriate learning experiences, and ensuring the well‑being of children. The Child Care & Development Float Teacher will co‑teach in assigned classrooms, foster individual child development, and promote positive socialization among peers. Also, contributes to institutional goals by supporting early learning, enhancing child engagement, and maintaining a high‑quality childcare education program.
Schedule: This is a full‑time, Monday through Friday position, scheduled within the operational hours of 6:45am – 5:00pm. Teachers could start as early as 6:30am and end as late as 5:15pm. Please note that operational hours and staff schedules are expected to change as the center expands, and enrollment grows.
