As a Classroom Teacher, you will:

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom environment for children to learn, play, and grow.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, tailored to the needs of infants, toddlers, and preschool children.
• Create a safe, nurturing space where children can explore and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s progress through various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Support your center’s success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic environment of play and learning.
