Qualifications

• Must hold Minnesota Director Qualified.
• Minimum of 1,040 hours of staff supervision experience.
• Bachelor9s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Knowledge of Minnesota childcare licensing requirements.
• Starting compensation: $55,000; Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options available.

Responsibilities

• Lead school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating performance, and developing improvement plans.
• Ensure operations align with company and state licensing standards.
