Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring an Assistant Director in Minnesota. The role supports the School Director to ensure safe, quality operation and fosters children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director takes full responsibility for the school.

The position emphasizes leading a caring, compliant environment with a focus on staff recruitment, training, and maintaining a positive image in the community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director; in the Director's absence, sole responsibility for the school.
• Assist in promoting social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
• Promote a positive image of Learning Care Group and recruit, train, and retain quality staff.
