Qualifications

• Pass state and company background checks.
• Meet state education requirements (associate or higher).
• Two years of leadership experience in high-quality child care settings.
• Strong understanding of center quality, licensing, health, safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor program quality; ensure children’s learning is documented and visible.
