Vail Resorts is hiring a Child Care Attendant for the Stowe Mountain Resort Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 (Part Time). You will provide high-quality care for children ages infant to 6 years, including feeding, diapering, and activities, in a safe environment.

From day one, you’ll receive some of the highest compensation rates in the industry, including $20.00/hr – $23.00/hr, free passes, free ski and snowboard lessons, 40% retail discounts, and wellness benefits. Hiring occurs on a rolling basis until December 15th or until the positions are filled.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for children ages infant to 6 years
• Meet the personal needs of children, including feeding, sleeping, and diapering
• Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging environment while complying with child care rules and regulations
• Communicate with parents and coworkers regarding the care of the children
• Deliver varied activities such as art, story time, games, and outside play
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors and indoors
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience working with children and changing diapers (required)
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds frequently throughout the day; lifting and carrying children while playing or in the daycare
• Must be at least 18 years of age

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr – $23.00/hr. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
