Job summary

BrightPath Early Learning & Child Care is hiring at the Madison center for a full-time Teacher Assistant. You will work with teachers and families to provide a home-like environment following NAEYC guidelines and support young learners in daily activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and supervision of children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.
• Assist teachers with instruction in the classroom.
• Decorate classrooms inside and outside as needed.
• Maintain a warm, clean, and safe learning environment.
• Engage with children to encourage participation in activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about their child.
