BrightPath Kids Mansfield Center is hiring a Teacher Assistant to support classrooms using NAEYC guidelines. You will partner with teachers and families to create a safe, engaging environment for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and supervision of children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.
• Assist teachers with instruction in the classroom.
• Decorate inside and outside of classrooms as needed.
• Maintain a warm and safe environment that is clean and conducive to exploration.
• Interact with children to encourage participation in activities.
• Provide effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
