Positions Available

Full-time positions are available with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers at both of our Issaquah Bright Horizons locations, working 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
  2. Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
  3. Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:

Candidates must pass required background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements:

  • 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings (preferred)
  • CDA, Associate, or Bachelor's degree in early education or related field (preferred)

Physical Requirements:

This position requires compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations, including immunizations, physicals, and training. You will work in person in an early education setting, providing supervision, care, and curriculum delivery to ensure children's safety in accordance with policies, laws, and regulations. Compensation:

The hourly rate ranges from $18.20 to $22.70, depending on experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors.
