Position: Nanny Share for School Year 2025-2026

Position Summary / Job Duties

This role involves providing childcare for two families at one home in Fitchburg during the 2025-2026 school year, with intermittent childcare now through September 2025. The children are in 4th grade (two children) and 1st grade (starting September 2025). The children enjoy outdoor play, board games, fashion, crafts, and dance. The home has a friendly dog and cat.

Responsibilities

1. Pick up children from school and remain until a parent arrives.
2. Provide basic oversight for the children; pet responsibilities are not required.

Hours

• Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM (school pick-up at 2:20 PM). Flexibility is appreciated as schedules may change semester to semester.

Requirements

• Ability to professionally communicate schedule and changes, with a request for two weeks' notice for schedule modifications after commitment.
• Reliable and safe transportation, as the location is not accessible by bus.

Compensation

• $20/hr for two children; $25/hr if caring for three children.
