  • Experience working with children aged 16 months to 5 years
  • Understanding of child development and safety protocols
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds frequently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Respect for diverse cultures and languages
  • CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
  • Familiarity with DHS childcare center regulations
  • Must pass a background check

Position Summary:

We are seeking an on-call Child Care Aide to join our Early Education Center team. You will assist in caring for toddlers and preschoolers (ages 16 months to 5 years), ensuring their safety and supporting a nurturing learning environment.

Located in a smoke-free and accessible community center, this role operates primarily during standard business hours with occasional evening/weekend work. You will work closely with diverse families, children, and team members in our toddler and preschool rooms.
