Job summary
The Groden Center in Providence, RI is seeking a Full-Time Program Supervisor for our Community Home Therapeutic Services program. You will provide clinical oversight of home-based and clinic-based treatment plans for children with autism and/or special learning needs, coordinating with families and the clinical team.
Responsibilities include supervising direct care staff, developing treatment portions, and ensuring a productive, compliant program, with opportunities to mentor practicum students
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in field related to children with behavioral health care needs.
- Minimum 6 months of direct care supervision under a BCBA.
- Extensive experience with children/families with special needs and behavior reduction/skill acquisition in home-based services.
Responsibilities
- Work with families and clients.
- Lead staff training for direct care staff; prepare All Staff Training.
- Assist in developing Treatment Plans and progress notes.
- Recruit, screen, interview and train new CHTS staff.
- Maintain productivity of at least 80% of scheduled hours.
- Provide staff evaluations and feedback to clinicians and staff.
- Conduct home/clinic visits; review data and ensure program implementation.
