Job summary

The Groden Center is seeking a full-time Program Supervisor for our Community Home Therapeutic Services (CHTS) in Rhode Island. You will provide clinical oversight of home-based and clinic-based treatment programs for children, coordinating with families and a supervisory team.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, staff training, and ensuring high-quality care. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in a related field, BCBA supervision experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to children's behavioral health needs.
• Minimum 6 months direct care supervision under a BCBA.
• Extensive experience with children/families with special needs and behavior reduction/skill acquisition.
• Strong verbal and written communication; interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with families and clients.
• Participate in training activities for direct care staff and prepare staff training.
• Assist in developing portions of Treatment Plans and progress notes.
• Assist in recruitment, screening, interviewing and training of new staff.
• Maintain productivity billable percentage of at least 80% of scheduled hours.
• Provide staff evaluations and meet with clinicians to discuss progress.
• Conduct home/clinic visits; review data and program implementation.
• Communicate changes in child/family circumstances to supervisor.
• Communicate with families and coworkers professionally and clearly.
• Drive personal vehicle to transport a child; valid driver's license required.
• Be On Call for CHTS; adapt hours during evenings/weekends.
• Support intervention for challenging behaviors; participate in staff training.
• Join in orientation and ongoing in-house training; engage in research projects.
