Job summary
Centria Autism is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join as Registered Behavior Technicians in Holliston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. The position requires patience, compassion, and physical capability, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Comprehensive training will be provided for candidates, empowering them to make a meaningful impact in children’s lives. The pay range is $20 - $29 per hour, with several benefits available.
Qualifications
18+ years of age.
Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
Can lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.
Responsibilities
Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans.
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
Comfortable engaging in physical activities as needed.
