Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation, LLC is seeking individuals for a paid training program to become a Behavior Technician (RBT) in Verona, MO. You will learn to implement ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor, working 1:1 with children on the autism spectrum. Paid training, potential for more hours, and a full support system are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Works 1:1 with a child in performing ABA therapy under supervision.
• Ensures all billing is submitted in a timely fashion and documentation supports services.
• Updates availability in the EMR platform and communicates changes with Client Advocate.
• Communicates with Client Advocate and Supervisor regarding assigned client(s).
• Complies with BACB ethics in service delivery and professionalism.
• Performs other related duties as required.

We offer an intense, PAID training program to become a Behavior Technician where you will learn how to implement Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapy. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Behavior Technician (RBT) will use ABA techniques to encourage, support, and challenge these children to reach new milestones.

Verona, MO: Mon-Fri after school schedule (15 hours/week)

Responsibilities

• Works 1:1 with a child in performing ABA therapy, following the guidance in the behavior treatment plan and under the direction of a supervising clinician.
• Ensures all billing is submitted in a timely fashion and the documentation accurately supports the services rendered.
• Updates working availability in the EMR platform and communicates availability changes with their Client Advocate.
• Communicates regularly with Client Advocate and Supervisor as it relates to assigned client(s).
• Complies with and follows the BACB code of ethics as it relates to service delivery and professionalism.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• 18 years old with a HS Diploma or GED.
• Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro‑divergent behaviors.
• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training. If training has not been previously completed, training will be provided by Powerback Pediatrics.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB.

Posted Salary Range

USD $18.00 - USD $22.00 /Hr.
