Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will implement skill acquisition and behavior modification plans and document services for billing and care coordination.

The role starts with a paid training program, requiring completion of 40-hour RBT training if not already completed. Washington, MO schedule evenings, with opportunities for growth and ongoing CEUs.

Qualifications

• 18 years old with a HS Diploma or GED.
• Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-divergent behaviors.
• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training. If training has not been previously completed, training will be provided by Powerback Pediatrics. Willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB.

Responsibilities

• Works 1:1 with a child in performing ABA therapy under supervision.
• Ensures all billing is submitted in a timely fashion and documentation supports services.
• Updates availability in the EMR platform and communicates changes to Client Advocate.
• Communicates regularly with Client Advocate and Supervisor.
• Adheres to BACB code of ethics in service delivery and professionalism.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Responsibilities

The Behavior Technician is responsible for delivering one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with autism. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the Behavior Technician will encourage, support, and challenge these children to reach new milestones by teaching new skill acquisition and behavior modification.

• Works 1:1 with a child in performing ABA therapy, following the guidance in the behavior treatment plan and under the direction of a supervising clinician.
• Ensures all billing is submitted in a timely fashion and the documentation accurately supports the services rendered.
• Updates working availability in the EMR platform and communicates availability changes with their Client Advocate.
• Communicates regularly with Client Advocate and Supervisor as it relates to assigned client(s).
• Complies with and follows the BACB code of ethics as it relates to service delivery and professionalism.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Posted Salary Range

USD $18.00 - USD $22.00 /Hr.
