Powerback, located in Duenweg, MO, is hiring a Behavior Technician to implement ABA therapy for children with autism. Responsibilities

The Behavior Technician is responsible for delivering one‑on‑one ABA therapy services to children with autism. Under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst, the Behavior Technician will encourage, support, and challenge these children to reach new milestones by teaching new skill acquisition and behavior modification.

  • Works 1:1 with a child in performing ABA therapy, following the guidance in the behavior treatment plan and under the direction of a supervising clinician.
  • Ensures all billing is submitted in a timely fashion and the documentation accurately supports the services rendered.
  • Updates working availability in the EMR platform and communicates availability changes with their Client Advocate.
  • Communicates regularly with Client Advocate and Supervisor as it relates to assigned client(s).
  • Complies with and follows the BACB code of ethics as it relates to service delivery and professionalism.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications
  • 18​ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro‑divergent behaviors.
  • Minimum 1 year working with children.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Completion of 40‑hour Registered Behavior Technician training. If training has not been previously completed, training will be provided by Powerback Pediatrics.
  • Willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB.
Posted Salary Range

USD $18.00 - USD $22.00 /hr.
