Blackbird Health is seeking therapists to provide high-quality therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults both virtually and in person. You will form meaningful connections with patients and families, assess needs, support engagement in treatment, and teach evidence-based approaches to foster long-term progress.

Join an interdisciplinary team where credentialing, billing, and EMR are handled for you, allowing you to focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• 1+ year of therapy with children/adolescents.
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual care experience.

Responsabilités

• Deliver therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and families (ages 2–26).
• Build relationships, support engagement in treatment, and educate on therapeutic approaches.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; credentialing, billing, and EMR are managed by the organization.
