Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field is required and licensure is in progress or obtained.
• Clinical licensure (LMFT/LCPC/LCSW, etc) pursued or held.
• Experience with DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain documentation timely and meet deadlines.
• Experience with diverse client base and professional boundaries.
• Proficient with office tech and EHR systems; Valant a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
• Maintain a minimum caseload for full-time status (27 visits per week; monthly target 110 sessions).
• Use creative interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines and protocol.
• Coordinate services with families, schools, and other Ellie staff.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
