Page Mechanical Group, Inc. seeks a licensed child and adolescent therapist to provide Medi-Cal–based services in San Jose, CA.

The role focuses on delivering evidence-based therapy to children and families within a multidisciplinary clinic. The position requires a Master’s degree and active licensure (LPCC/LMFT/LCSW) with at least 3 years of post-licensure pediatric experience, bilingual fluency in English and Vietnamese, and strong documentation and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling/therapy or related field and current state licensure (LPCC/LMFT/LCSW).
• Minimum 3 years post-licensure clinical experience in pediatric clinics or school-based mental health.
• Experience with ADHD, learning disabilities, anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorders.
• Proficient in case formulation and treatment planning for adolescents and families.
• HIPAA compliance and professional/ethical standards in California.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical interviews with parents and clients and share insights with the multidisciplinary team.
• Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans for children, adolescents, and families using multiple modalities.
• Coordinate care with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, educators, psychologists, and psychiatrists.
