Job summary

Embark Behavioral Health is seeking a fully licensed LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC to provide individual, family, and group therapy for adolescents in a residential program in San Martin, CA. You will work with teens aged 12-17 and their families, delivering high-quality clinical care in a focused setting.

You will manage a small caseload of about 6–8 clients, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and participate in treatment planning, crisis intervention, and parent coaching.

Qualifications

• Active California license as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC required.
• Experience providing individual, family, and group therapy.
• Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain an NPI and CAQH profile during onboarding.
• Preferred: 2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Preferred: Experience in residential treatment, PHP/IOP, or similar high-acuity settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy for adolescents ages 12-17 in a residential setting.
• Maintain a focused caseload of 6–8 clients with family engagement.
• Develop, update, and collaborate on treatment plans with an interdisciplinary team.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment.
• Conduct parent coaching and family sessions to support progress and transitions home.
• Coordinate discharge planning and aftercare with families and referral partners.
• Complete clinical documentation and assessments in a timely manner.
