Job summary

Children’s Health Council in Palo Alto seeks a Child and Adolescent Therapist to provide individual, family, group, and collateral therapy for children, teens, and young adults, while completing documentation and conducting comprehensive clinical interviews with parents and clients.

The role reports to the Clinical Program Manager and requires full licensure (LPCC/LMFT/LCSW) in California. On-site, 0.75+ FTE, with competitive benefits and salary range.

Qualifications

• Full licensure must be LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW in California.
• 3+ years post-degree experience in pediatric clinic or school-based setting preferred.
• Experience with diverse populations and commitment to DEIB initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, group, and/or collateral therapy for children, teens, and young adults.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical interviews with parents and clients and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Coordinate clinical care with SLP, OT, education, psychology, and psychiatry.
• Conduct in-service trainings and seminars for CHC or within the community.
