Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a contract Child and Adolescent Nurse Practitioner to provide essential clinical care within the Lyra provider network. The role focuses on diagnostic assessment, medication management, and collaborative care with families, using evidence-based practices and a patient-centered approach.

The ideal candidate will hold PMHNP or PA psychiatry credentials, have an unrestricted NJ license, 2+ years of practice, and be able to see patients in-office with in-person options.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or PA program with psychiatry certification.
• Unrestricted state license in New Jersey
• Minimum of 2 years in practice
• Active DEA license preferred
• Experience with minors preferred
• Office space available to see clients
• US-based full-time resident

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive mental health medication management via intake and follow-up appointments
• Conduct mental health risk assessments and psychiatric evaluations
• Develop and document patient-centered treatment plans and prescribe medications
• Adhere to evidence-based guidelines to optimize treatment and minimize risks
