Job summary

Arbour Counseling Services, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, is seeking licensed or licensed-track clinicians for part-time or full-time outpatient roles in Worcester, MA. The program offers individual, group, family therapy and medication evaluation & management with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or closely related field.
• Experience working with child and adolescent clients.
• Completed an internship during Master's program to obtain 45 credits.
• LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT license eligibility; LICSW/LMHC/LMFT preferred.
• Nonjudgmental approach fostering self-sufficiency.
• Familiarity with support groups.
• Ability to establish trusting relationships with diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent time management to maintain appointments and records.
• Citizenship work documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group therapy sessions.
• Support clients through collaboration with other medical service providers, state agencies, other mental health services (including crisis services), and other community agencies and resources.
• Individuals are responsible for managing their own schedule.

Education

Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or closely related Mental Health field
