Arbour Counseling Services, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc., offers per diem child and adolescent opportunities for licensed or licensure-trailing clinicians in Franklin, MA. This outpatient program provides individual, group, family therapy and medication evaluation & management in a flexible schedule.

Our clinicians collaborate across services, supporting patients with a range of treatment options while maintaining professional autonomy and a balanced work/life schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or closely related Mental Health field.
• Experience and comfort with child and adolescent clients.
• Internship completed during Masters program to obtain 45 credits.
• Required license eligibility with: LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• CANS Certification preferred (also able to obtain after hiring if needed).
• Nonjudgmental ability to foster self-sufficiency using problem-solving and practical skills.
• Familiarity with support groups.
• Ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy and insight.
• Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of clients from diverse cultural or linguistic backgrounds.
• Excellent time management skills to maintain appointments and timely record keeping.
• Candidate must possess appropriate citizenship work documentation.
• Candidate must pass a CORI and drug test, as well as other pre-employment documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group therapy sessions
• Support clients through collaboration with other medical service providers, state agencies, other mental health services (including crisis services), and other community agencies and resources
• Individuals are responsible for managing their own schedule
