Job summary

Arbour Counseling Services, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, invites licensed clinicians to join our Worcester, MA outpatient program in per diem, part‑time, or full‑time capacities. Evening hours and on‑site work support a flexible schedule while delivering evidence‑based therapy to children and adolescents.

Candidates deliver individual, family, and group therapy and collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling from an accredited college or university.
• Nonjudgmental ability to foster self-sufficiency using problem-solving and practical skills.
• Familiarity with support groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group therapy sessions.
• Support clients through collaboration with other medical service providers, state agencies, other mental health services and community resources.
• Individuals are responsible for managing their own schedule.
