Job summary

Bethanna in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to provide individual and family therapy to children and adolescents, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans that promote positive outcomes.

The role requires a Master's degree in a behavioral health field, on-site supervision, and EBP training; schedule Monday–Thursday 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a starting salary of $50,000 annually plus a $5 per evidence-based

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• Clinical practicum and internship experience providing direct services to children and adolescents under on-site supervision.
• Minimum of one year of paid post-master's clinical experience working with children and adolescents; enhanced supervision may be considered.
• Training and proficiency in an Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) such as TF-CBT, PCIT, ESFT, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy to children and adolescents.
• Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, schools, and other providers to coordinate care.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and discharge planning.
• Provide crisis consultation and support to staff and caregivers when needed.
• Serve as a clinical advocate for clients during meetings, agency contacts, and court proceedings when appropriate.
• Educate families, caregivers, and school personnel on treatment interventions and behavioral health needs.
• Obtain authorizations from Managed Care organizations as required.
• Stay current on evidence-based treatment practices and complete all required trainings.
