Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in Louisville, Colorado seeks a Child/Adolescent Focused Therapist to provide individual and family therapy with play-based methods. In this role you’ll work with kids, adolescents, and families, collaborating with a supportive team and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, creating treatment plans, documenting per policy, maintaining a caseload, collaborating with schools and case managers, and participating in trainings.

Qualifications

• master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university
• Clinicians should be licensed (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) with a valid license to practice in Colorado
• Experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notes

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation according to company policy
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to fulfill the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals
• Submit session documentation per company guidelines
• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical personnel, and school staff
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings; contribute to a positive team culture
