Rise Inc. seeks an Intervention Technician to provide direct intervention for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in school, community, or center settings.

This provisional role requires 1,040 hours of supervised direct client work aged 0‑21 and aims to decrease maladaptive behaviors using reinforcement per the treatment plan. You will document progress, communicate with families and other providers, complete annual trainings, and participate in regular supervision within a

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human service field or be within 24 credits of completion and currently enrolled.
• 40‑hour RBT training or habilitative intervention certification.
• Reliable transportation, driver’s license and auto insurance.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• MANDT or other de‑escalation training.
• Background check required.
• ParaPro PRAXIS may be required for Mountain Home School District only.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one‑on‑one or group intervention following the treatment plan.
• Document daily progress toward goals.
• Communicate with parents and other service providers.
• Complete required annual training.
• Participate in supervision and collaborate with the treatment team.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a human service related field or within 24 credits of completion and enrolled for remaining credits

40-hour RBT training in ABA or Habilitative Intervention certificate

CPR/First Aid certification

MANDT or de-escalation certification

Background check clearance
