Job summary

Crossroads Church seeks a Head of Video to lead live video production across multiple campuses and events. You will set creative vision, establish technical standards, and build scalable processes, ensuring consistent, high-quality visual storytelling that supports worship, teaching, and engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of live video, broadcast, worship or large-scale production experience.
• Proven leadership of video directors, camera operators, shaders, and volunteers.
• Expertise in multi-camera live production, directing, and visual storytelling.
• Strong ability to recruit, mentor, and develop technical and creative talent.
• Experience budgeting, capital planning, vendor management, and asset lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead video philosophy, standards, and creative direction across all campuses.
• Develop and mentor video staff, volunteers, and succession plans.
• Define standards for directing, camera operation, shot composition, and image quality.
• Create scalable video resources, workflows, and training programs.
• Collaborate with Site Experience Producers to strengthen campus leadership and readiness.
• Ensure video systems, upgrades, and workflows support goals and quality.
• Evaluate new video technologies and workflows; drive innovation.
• Manage budgets, technology investments, and equipment lifecycle.
