Job summary

Gateway Church seeks a Central Video Manager to own the video standard across campuses, guiding cameras, projection, LED, and media servers for Central services. You will lead Video Operators and CG Operators, ensuring top-quality direction and content playback while coordinating with Worship, Lighting, and Broadcast teams.

You will also develop training, manage equipment, and oversee budgets, while traveling to campuses as needed to maintain quality control and provide coaching.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional video or broadcast experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Experience directing multi-camera live services or broadcasts — preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns video direction standards across campuses, including camera, projection, LED, and media servers.
• Leads and develops Video Operators, CG Operators, and Video Team Members.
• Oversees video direction for Central weekend services and events; coordinates rehearsals and pre-service meetings.
• Manages video operations at the broadcast campus and maintains video standards at all campuses.
• Develops training benchmarks and protocols for camera operators, shaders, and video directors churchwide.
