Job summary

Venture Christian Church seeks a Video Production Lead to create compelling video content for weekend experiences, ministry initiatives, storytelling, and the Venture Institute. This role blends creative storytelling with filmmaking, editing, and technical production skill.

Collaborate with the Creative Director to move projects from concept to delivery, while developing in-house capabilities and leading volunteers to tell Venture's stories with excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and relevant industry experience.
• Proficiency in professional editing applications (DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere).
• Experience directing live multi-camera video or a comparable live production environment.
• Experience leading or coordinating volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, film, edit, and deliver compelling video content for weekend experiences and ministry initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and ministry leaders from concept through final delivery.
• Maintain equipment and develop efficient production workflows for staff, volunteers, and budgets.
• Lead the Live/Broadcast Video ministry for weekend services and online events.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop volunteers for film, video, broadcast, photography, and podcast production.
• Own podcast production and publishing from recording to release with scalable workflows.
