SLK Shield is seeking a Chief Vision & Growth Architect to steer the company’s 5–10 year strategic direction and growth initiatives from the executive suite. This role requires translating ambitious goals into concrete action plans while sustaining sustainable, profitable expansion.

You will identify opportunities, assess market conditions, and lead cross-functional initiatives to keep the company ahead. Present to stakeholders and investors, and build partnership evaluation frameworks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience
• Proven track record of driving growth and market expansion
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with data-driven decision making
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
• Experience in steel/manufacturing/industrial distribution is a plus
• Ability to balance long-term vision with short-term operational needs
