• Proven track record in pricing, cost, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the CEO's right hand on value creation priorities.
• Lead pricing strategy and execution across the portfolio.
• Build the company's AI agenda to improve operations.
• Run cost-efficiency programs without disrupting client work.
• Mature processes and reporting for operational rigor.
• Partner with the deal team on the value creation plan.
